Marking the beginning of a new chapter in the company’s history, we have opened our manufacturing unit of 25000 sqft in April 2021 at Jigani Industrial Area, Bangalore, India. We produce a wide range of Collaborative furniture, solid wood furniture, workstations, chairs, and storages well-suited for the demands of the Indian market. Moreover, we have added a metal manufacturing unit of 15000 sqft in September 2022; therefore, we can produce 90% of our products in-house. Consequently, we can ensure the quality of our products and timely delivery to our customers.
Manufacturing Process
DESIGNING
Our Design team collaborates closely with both
our Architects and Clients to ensure that we
effectively capture all project requirements. We
then proceed to develop the design and create a
comprehensive bill of materials that is essential
for the manufacturing process.
PRODUCTION PLANNING
Our Planning team collaborates closely with procurement
and material management departments to ensure that
raw materials and other necessary items are ready for
production runs. It is recommended to employ flow charts
to establish effective communication protocols among
functional teams.
MANUFACTURING
Our Manufacturing team adheres to a predefined
process flow established by our planning team.
Throughout the manufacturing process, we prioritize
the implementation of safety norms to mitigate the
risk of any accidents.
ASSEMBLING
The Assembly stage in the production process involves preparing
the facility and ensuring the materials are processed until they are
fully completed. By creating flow charts of the production run, you
can identify any defects or issues that may arise prior to assembly,
such as product mixing time or other crucial steps. This allows for a
more efficient and effective assembly process
QUALITY CHECKING

quality certification. Our dedicated Quality team
meticulously inspects the material at various stages to
guarantee the delivery of high-quality materials to our
esteemed clients.
INSTALLATION & SERVICE
Our company offers in-house technical support to guarantee the quality
installation of materials for our clients. Our dedicated team collaborates
closely with project managers at the client’s location, providing regular
updates on furniture installation. Additionally, the DotWorkplace service
team is committed to delivering excellent after-sales service throughout
the warranty period. We also offer extended services beyond.
