Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs.
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase products/services.
  • Address client concerns and highlight key benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Handle objections and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide post-sales support and address client inquiries.
  • Prepare regular sales reports detailing progress and achievements.
  • Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Adjust sales strategies based on market dynamics.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall team performance.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services.
  • Utilize feedback to enhance sales strategies and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and communications.

Requirements

  • 0 – 3 years’ quota carrying sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree B.Tech (Mechanical)
  • Master’s degree in business or Sales & Marketing is preferrable.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
